Meet Kelly

Hello! Thank you for your interest in working with me. 

I LOVE what I do. Really love it.  It shows when I have the honor and pleasure of working with fantastic clients who give me the privilege of doing my thing.

When I’m standing in front of a group on a day of training, my heart is bursting with thankfulness: thankful that I have the opportunity in front of me (literally); thankful I can partner with organizations that invest in their people and recognize the value of their investment; thankful I get to meet all these new people who help me learn by sharing their perspectives and experiences; thankful I get to help them in their professional growth and learning journey; thankful I can share techniques and approaches that make their work-life and work relationships stronger, richer and less-stressed; and thankful my voice doesn’t give out :)

I’m also thankful for the many years and many experiences under my belt: working in corporate human resources & training; having my own business; and working for a boutique consulting firm.  I am excited to work with you to optimize the power of your people. Thank you for recognizing the significance of the investment in your people and the impact to your bottom line.
